Can I have an extra child in my room?
Yes. Please refer to the registration form for additional charge.
Are there cribs available?
There are a very limited amount of cribs available. We suggest you bring your own Pack N' Play.
Are adjoining rooms available?
Please make sure to request an adjoining room when registering.
Are there No Smoking rooms available?
The entire hotel is smoke free.
Is there Handicap access?
The Hotel provides accessible Parking, Public Areas, and Guest Rooms. Click here for more details. When registering, make sure to request an accessible room.
Is there a Swimming Pool or Health Club?

Is there WiFi in the hotel?
Yes, both in the public areas and in the guest rooms at no charge.
Is there a Mikveh nearby?
Yes. Details will be supplied in the Convention Program.
Are there babysitting options?

Is there a safe in my room?
Most rooms have safes installed.
Are there Shabbos Locks?
All guest rooms have manual locks
Will any of the sessions be broadcast?
Yes! The keynote sessions (Thursday night, Motzoei Shabbos and Sunday morning sessions) will all be available for viewing – please click on the live broadcast tab on the top of this page to join.
Will there be a Tea Room?
Yes, of course.
How many floors are there?
There are 5 floors.
Are there ice machines on the floor?
Yes. On floors 3 and 5.
Are pets allowed?
Only service animals are allowed.
Will there be coffee on the floors?
There will be coffee available on the guest room floors on Shabbos morning.
Are there Suites available?

Are there refrigerators in the rooms?
All Suites have refrigerators. There is a nominal charge for a refrigerator in a guest rooms.
Are there shabbos elevators?
Although the Hotel may post notices stating that an elevator is in Shabbos Mode, Agudath Israel of America takes no responsibility for this and has not reviewed the halachic issues involved. If you feel you may have a need to avail yourself of a Shabbos elevator, please consult a Rov regarding such use.
